Lead Nurture Specialist

We are looking for a versatile, results-driven marketer who specializes in building relationships, fostering engagement, and increasing conversion rates through automation of content from lead capture to customer conversion. 💪💪💪

Roles & Responsibilities

Email:

• Planning & developing multiple segment-specific email series to nurture leads through the growth marketing funnel
• Updating existing onboarding email series with new feature releases and versioning with more audience-specific content
• Developing email campaigns that align with the monthly content calendar

In-App Tours & Chat:

• Maintaining and updating existing onboarding tours as the app evolves
• Developing new behavior-triggered tours and chat automation to guide trial users to success 
• Create new feature release tours and chat automation as needed
• Developing chatbot automation series to answer common questions

Are you the perfect candidate?

You are an articulate, empathetic, and engaging individual with the following capabilities:

• 5+ years experience in growth marketing and content production (preferably in a startup environment)
• Self-motivated, takes initiative, open to feedback, and adaptable (learner/growth mindset)
• Expertise in Hubspot, Intercom, and/or similar marketing automation tools
• Good analytical skills as well as creative writing skills
• Comfortable in an entrepreneurial / startup environment
• Fun-loving
• Looking to make a difference while also making money!
