You could be…

• …the virtual caretaker of our Stenovate users, providing support, advice, and guidance when needed
• …the voice and personification of Stenovate, and our mission to support the transcript community
• …responding to all support tickets in an empathetic, helpful, and timely manner
• …monitoring  app usage and job boards, and proactively reaching out to customers via email, guiding them to success 
• …conducting Zoom and pre-recorded demos that walk users through Stenovate features and functionality
• …assisting in the development and implementation of customer support / customer success processes
• …communicating with the development team when technical assistance is needed
• …measuring key performance indicators and driving toward continuous improvement
• …sharing in the excitement of building the ultimate business tool and collaboration platform for our very special niche community
• …tackling other potential duties, including reporting, and other operational tasks as time allows

Are you the perfect candidate?

You are an articulate, empathetic, and engaging individual with the following capabilities:

• 2+ years experience within the transcript community. Scopists and proofreaders are welcome!
• Prior experience working within Hubspot or another CRM software preferred 
• Self-motivated, takes initiative, and driven to continuously improve
• Good analytical and writing skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• A solid sense of urgency to quickly resolve any issues
• Comfortable in an entrepreneurial / startup environment
• Self-motivated, takes initiative, and driven to continuously improve
• Fun-loving but take your responsibility to the transcript community seriously
• Looking to make a difference while also make a little money
• Experience working within Hubspot or another CRM software is a big bonus!

Hours & Compensation

• $20-$25 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
• 12-20 hrs per week
• A minimum of 3 hours per day, 4-5 business days per week (M-F)
