At Stenovate, we’re all about helping you build a trust-first team. Location tags are another step in making that easier. While we already show profile reviews, roles, and software, knowing someone’s geographic location adds helpful context, especially in our remote collaboration with transcript teammates.
Plus, transparency works both ways. Everyone deserves to know who they’re working with.
✅ What You’ll See on Every Profile
Stenovate member profiles now include:
- 🌍 NEW: Country location (based on IP login data)
- 📸 Profile photo
- 🏷️ Full name
- 🎯 Roles (e.g., Court Reporter, Scopist, Proofreader)
- 🧰 CAT software or proofreading tools
- ⭐ Ratings and reviews from other professionals
Location is pulled automatically. Stenovate members cannot manually edit their displayed country, which ensures accuracy and trust (unlike social media platforms like Facebook, where users choose their location or even opt out of displaying location altogether).
